About Me
My practice is firmly rooted in psychodynamic theory and I feel therapy is an act of witnessing and active listening. I will provide a contained space, which feels safe for you to explore whatever brings you to therapy. I will provide a sensitive and unique view of issues that may have formed destructive patterns in your life, however I will not offer advice or my opinion. I firmly believe that client’s are the experts in their own lives and I as an outsider can offer an alternative perspective. I believe that play is an important element of therapy, play can be using the imagination to explore alternative outcomes or to delve further into shadow work and the unconscious. Therapy is yours to bring whatever you want to explore.
